Car-Toon with Little Brmm

    Car-Toon
  with Little Brmm

Here's a super simple series from Derek Phillips. Little Brmm is an
anthropomorphic red car. He's a feisty little fellow who nips around town
along with other anthropomorphic vehicles and machines. Think Jimbo
and the Jet Set (Peter Hawkins narrates here too) or indeed "Cars"
    without the Pixar dust...

The series' title is very confused. That Hawkins narration and the on screen
titling tells us this is a "Car-Toon featuring Little Brmm", but in listings it's
variously billed as just "Car-Toon", or "Little Brmm", or sometimes "Car-Toon
with Little Brmm". The Hound has settled on the latter, to make it easier
for folks to find on the site. But if you really want to get confused, you
might like to know that for its UK video release the series was billed as
being "The Adventures of the Little Red Car". And if you think that's
confusing, then read below to get yourself in a complete twist:

Is is "Little Brmm"?  Or "Little Brrm"?!

    Brrm - Brmm?!

See there? - It looks like Derek Phillips and the gang don't even know
the title of their series. At the beginning of each episode, the on screen
lettering spells out "Little Brrrm" for us. But in the final holding panel of
that title sequence, our red star is billed as being "Little Brmm"!

Whether it's "Brmm" or "Brrm", let's not forget that this particular car is
little and red and animated, and he bears absoloutely no connection to
a certain yellow car from Ragdoll Productions. So at least we're clear
    on something...
